Feeling like a crazy person around food does not feel good. I know, because I’ve been one. I was caught in a diet mentality for YEARS before I finally gave up and decided that there has to be a better way!
Every time something stressful happened, a refrigerator was my first stop. I binged on chips, chocolates, bread, cheese, you name it.
I was constantly on a diet… I lost a bit of weight and then gain it back every single time. The cycle was repeating again and again and again.
The usual tips that involved distracting yourself when you’re about to eat, or using your willpower … just didn’t work for me.
I didn’t want to rely on my willpower so I decided that I’m going to discover something that will make it effortless.
Something that won’t feel like deprivation.
So I followed my intuition, and I started developing different approaches to this problem. I tested everything on myself.
It didn’t just happen in an instant, it took quite a while before I finally figured it all out and put all the pieces of the puzzle together.
But when I did, oh wow! It was such a breakthrough for me. It felt wonderful.
I discovered that there are different subconscious and emotional blocks that are holding us back (you can see which blocks you have here >>), and literally blocking our success. And when I slowly cleared all of that, I finally started eating “normally”. Suddenly everything became effortless – I was no longer struggling.
Emotional or physical triggers didn’t send me straight into a binge episode, and I stopped obsessing about what I should be eating and doing. My body arrived at the weight that it’s supposed to be. Without dieting, without deprivation, and without willpower.
Just me doing the things I love, enjoying my life, without letting food to ruin it.
I just wanted to share “my secrets” with the whole world, that’s how amazing it felt. And that’s exactly what I’m doing now.
Not thinking about food and my body all the time freed up a lot of time which allowed me to create a business that I absolutely love that focuses on teaching as many women as possible my exact system for making peace with food and your body.
That’s why I’m here today. To tell YOU. As I said – you are here for a reason.
