Want to lose weight for good? Forget about scales.

This is going to be a #rant but I think you need to hear it because it’s so easy to fall into the trap and get stuck in it.

What am I talking about?

Ok, so I’m sure you’ve all heard about calorie counting…

But I’ve found something even crazier!

People are actually going on a diet (what they call ” a lifestyle”) for life where they actually carry their small food scale everywhere they go… for life!

How is this called freedom?

It’s like being in a prison!

And it’s as far from trusting your body and your intuition as possible.

Yikes, yikes, yikes!

If you’ve ever come across that, please forget about it.
Because there is a better solution. 🌈

Where you don’t need to weight your food to know how much food your body needs.

You know how much to eat it because you’ve learned how to listen to her.

Where you don’t need super strict rules to be able to lose weight.

You lose weight because you don’t overeat.

And you don’t overeat because you know the cause of overeating which are subconscious and emotional blocks.

And when you remove those, when you DO the inner work,
YOU DON’T NEED TO COUNT CALORIES/ WEIGHT YOUR FOOD.

It’s just not necessary.

You arrive there naturally.

You almost don’t have to think about it.

It becomes… easy.

So instead of forcing yourself into yet another diet or “lifestyle” (yes, I’m guilty of calling it that too)…

DO THE INNER WORK.
