THIS is why dieting doesn’t work + what does

I believed in dieting for such a long time! I believed that if I would only be self-disciplined and stick to my diet, I’ll lose weight… 🤷‍♀️

Wow, how wrong I was.

Dieting doesn’t work!

Why?

Because you don’t remove the REAL problem.

Let me explain it by comparing this to an iceberg.
(That’s my favorite analogy!! I use it all the time. 😅)

You know how one part of it is above the surface, right? That represents the extra weight on your body and emotional eating (the symptoms).

And there is a HUGE block of the iceberg below the surface. These are your blocks in your subconscious mind, your limiting beliefs, fears, unhealed traumas… (THE REAL problem).

Let’s say you’d want to melt off the part of the iceberg below the surface. Do you know what would happen? Sure you do, right!

And that same thing happens with your weight.

Even if you DO manage to lose the weight with dieting (melting off the tip of the iceberg) you always gain all the weight back!!

If you’ll only focus on that, nothing will ever get solved. You will run around in circles.

When you focus on the things below the surface, that’s when the magic happens.

That’s when the WHOLE ice-berg just melts away and it never returns.

Your emotional eating is cured.
You sometimes forget to eat.
You effortlessly lose weight.
You accept yourself on all levels.
You love your perfectly imperfect body.
And you start to live a life you’ve been dreaming of.
